The Time Capsule - 2000s

September 11th

Do you remember where you were when the planes hit the twin towers in America on September 11th 2001.

I was in my first year of secondary school. I had only been there a week, I was walking to my next lesson and one of my friends came up to me and told me they had heard that there had been a terrorist attack in America. Only being eleven at the time i did not really know what that meant.

People in the school were upset and shocked, everyone was talking about it. When i got home i watched the attack on the television and stared in disbelief as those towers fell down.

We should remember this forever so nothing like this happens again.
