The Time Capsule - 1960s

Teabag invention 1960s

I remember when teabags were invented, it made tea making so much easier without all those tealeaves in the sink! I lived at home after starting work at the age of 15- my mother bought some teabags, they were very expensive then, and she sad we had to save on them, so just for fun, I put a line up in the kitchen and pegged the teabags we had used on the line - my family really laughed!
