Why we need your involvement?
To offer a high standard of service on the shop floor to all our customers‚ thus helping to maximise money raised for local groups.

What will you do?
Offer help and advice to customers on the shop floor: colour‚ fit of outfits. You will offer advice at the e fitting room‚ and suggest alternative garments for customers. You will also link-sell. Greet customers with a smile or hello.

What skills will you need?

• A keen eye for fashion
• Work as part of a team or on own initiative
• Good eye for outfit building
• Confident and polite manner with all members of society: outgoing and friendly

When will you be needed?
Days and times arranged for mutual convenience‚ but for this role busy trading days such as market days and Saturdays are good days to be around. Two four hour shifts a week will be ideal to keep your skills up-to-date.

How will we support you?

• You will be fully trained for the role
• Your manager will provide ongoing support‚ and may well have another volunteer “buddy” who will work with you for the first few weeks
