Quality Counts - Age Concern's quality assurance scheme
Quality Counts is Age Concern’s quality framework. Every Age Concern belonging to the federation is expected to report against the Federation Foundation Standard and its Expectations‚ in the form of a Quality Report.
This is then followed up with a site visit and assessment‚ and a recommendation is made to the Membership & Standards Committee‚ the relevant federation Committee‚ about how each Age Concern is meeting the Standard‚ and any development needs.
Each Age Concern that has met the requirements of the Standard receives feedback and a certificate.
The Charity Commission has endorsed our standard as being compatible with Hallmarks of an Effective Charity.
