A personal alarm gives you the freedom to live your life the way you want and gives peace of mind for both you and your family.

How does it work?

1. You can choose a wrist band or pendant and wear it anywhere in your house or garden.
2. If you need help you can press the button and the base unit of your phone will pick up the signal and call our friendly‚ helpful operators who are on hand 24 hours‚ 365 days a year.
3. The operator will confirm that help is on its way and contact either your nominated key holder or the emergency services.
4. Help will arrive to make sure you are ok and give you the assistance you need.

The Aid Call Service is there for not only elderly customers‚ but those with a physical disability‚ chronic illness‚ who are recovering from illness or who are concerned for their security.

The alarm unit is quick and easy to connect‚ either by a family member or friend with our "Easy connect" instructions‚ or by our team of professional‚ nationwide installers.
