This information sheet provides an overview about the new law on age discrimination and how it will affect you.
The new legislation The Employment Equality (Age) Regulations 2006 came into force on 1st October 2006.
It will provide protection against age discrimination in employment and education for people of all ages. Find out about what protection this new law will give people aged 50+ and what your rights will be.
