1. Immediate arrangements
Transport of the deceased from anywhere in Great Britain to the nominated funeral director's premises (excluding ferry or air fares if necessary)
Care of the deceased before the funeral (embalming not included)
2. Advice & guidance
Confidential and sympathetic advice and guidance on all aspects of arranging a funeral
Guidance on registration of death‚ liaising with third parties‚ clergy‚ doctors‚ crematoria and burial authorities
Visit to the Chapel of Rest during normal business hours by agreed appointment
Visit to the Chapel of Rest any time by agreed appointment
3. The coffin Suitable for cremation or burial	Simple coffin	Quality wood effect	High quality wood veneer/ superior finish
4. Funeral attendance
Funeral director and staff to attend the service
Vehicles to attend the service	Hearse only	Hearse & limousine	Hearse & 2 limousines

5. Bereavement advice Confidential telephone advice and bereavement counselling service for your family or friends
Third party costs - the plan makes a contribution to these costs*
Cremation or burial fees

*Contribution is £640 increasing with RPI for the plan duration
