A step-by-step guide to taking out your Plan

1.Choose either the Emerald‚ Ruby or Sapphire plan‚ depending on your needs and budget.

2. Choose a way to pay; either by cheque‚ credit or debit card‚ Direct Debit‚ standing order‚ regular instalments‚ or at your local Age Concern. 

3. How to buy

• Visit your local trading Age Concern ** to talk to someone face to face

When you have your brochure‚ complete your Personal Arrangements Form. Then return it with your £95 deposit and preferred method of payment‚ or your completed Direct Debit mandate.

4. You don’t have to decide on any special requirements right away. Take your time and let us know at a later date if you prefer.

What can I expect once I’ve taken out my Plan?

Once we have received your completed Personal Arrangement Form‚ we’ll send you a Membership Pack. This includes:

• Documents detailing your Plans features and benefits
• A certificate illustrating what the Plan guarantees to pay
• Your member’s card‚ with space for your Plan number and nominated funeral director’s phone number
•  A copy of your Plan documents for your executor‚ appointed family member or friend
• The telephone number of our 24 hour bereavement support service
