Playboy founder Hugh Hefner has revealed that his once active sex life has been replaced by a love of dominoes.

The 80-year-old maverick‚ who celebrated becoming an octogenarian in style earlier this year by extending his festivities between April and May‚ told The Sun that he no longer had the energy to indulge in his once famed antics.

He also told the paper: "I'm bored of the hanky panky. I'm still active but it's different – I like to play dominoes with my girlfriends."

Earlier this year‚ Hefner‚ who is notorious for historically having a bevy of attractive girlfriends by his side‚ suggested that the onset of time was not hampering his passion for life.

Arriving at one of his many birthday parties‚ Hefner said that 80 was the "new 40" and that he felt "better than I did 50 years ago".
