A. We offer a variety of payment methods. You can pay in full by credit or debit card‚ by cash‚ cheque or postal order‚ or pay by instalments at no extra cost.†
Q. Who do you offer Motor Insurance policies to? Can I add a young driver to my policy?
A. Our products are mainly designed for people aged over 50‚ but we don't have an age restriction on any named drivers you might want to add to your policy. It will of course be subject to the acceptance by the motor insurance provider.
Q. Can I protect my No Claim Bonus?
A. Of course. If you have accumulated at least 4 years no claim bonus‚ you can easily protect it with a small additional premium.
Q. What do I need to do if I am involved in an accident?
A. We have an Accident Helpline that is available to you 24 hours a day‚ all 365 days of the year.
Q. Will I get a courtesy car after an accident?
A. If you have a comprehensive motor insurance policy‚ yes‚ Fortis Insurance Limited‚ the insurer will provide you with a courtesy car should your car be repaired at one of its approved repairers. Subject to availability.
Q. Will my repairs be guaranteed?
A. All repairs are guaranteed for up to three years as long as they are carried out by one of the insurer’s approved repairers.
