The February 2008 issue of Resolve focuses on social inclusion, providing some practical solutions to the problems that might threaten social inclusion and community cohesion. There is also information and advice on service charges and car parking charges, and details of a new AIMS’ Information Sheet on Tenants and Residents Associations (TRAs) in Rented Retirement Schemes.
About Resolve
Resolve is aimed primarily at managers and staff working in private retirement and sheltered housing. However, it may also be of interest to residents or residents' committees who are keen to keep up to date with housing issues and good practice.
Resolve can be downloaded from this website. You can also order hard copies: individual copies are available free of charge. Additional copies for distribution to staff and/or to display in schemes are available free of charge to AIMS subscribers. Non-subscribers may order up to 25 additional copies per issue at no charge. A charge may be applied for 26+ copies. Please contact AIMS to order your copies.
Please email aims@ace.org.uk advising the number of copies required, and the central name and delivery address.
