Throughout his life Harry has used his passion for keeping fit and learning new skills to help others.  He has broken national records whilst raising money for worthy causes and‚ inspired by Harry‚ Rheanna recently took part in her first sponsored skip.  Harry won a body building competition at the age of 60 and Student of the Year at 64.  Harry and Rheanna share a very close bond‚ as the main male role in Rheanna’s life he has taught her how to swim and ride a bike.  He is an active member of his local community combining work and volunteering as a physical activity mentor and sports therapist.

Rheanna says‚“Grad is my friend as well as my Grandad‚ I’ve learnt from him that it is important to care for people and help them if you can.  He is the kindest person I know‚ he is my best friend and superhero!  Everyone that knows him thinks he is a really good person.  He’s very funny and makes people laugh.  My granddad always tells me to be truthful and kind to people‚ because he is always good and helpful I want to be like him.”
