This is a confidential, independent service for formal resident consultations. Our Information Sheet (download from top right) describes the service in greater detail, including:

A minimum of one hour will be charged to cover the initial consultation and administrative costs. Should the process require a more significant input from AIMS’ staff, a higher fee will be charged. This will be agreed with the client beforehand. A further standard fee will be levied for ballot counting and feedback.

Reduced fee to subscribers: consultation £30 ph + VAT (minimum charge) + ballot counting £60 + VAT.

Fee to non-subscribers, £60 ph + VAT and £120 + VAT.
