Everybody deserves to know that when they are at their most vulnerable those who care for them will recognize their right to be treated with dignity. It is important that hospital staff adopt practices that mean privacy, cleanliness and choice are always considered. Patients shouldn't have to experience any distress over basic care they receive when going to the toilet."
