How it works

To parachute jump for Age Concern you need to raise a minimum sponsorship amount. From this Age Concern will receive £140‚ with the remaining money paying for your skydive/parachute jump and deposit. Anything you raise above the minimum will come directly to Age Concern. There are different types of jump you can do although the most popular is the Tandem Skydive.

Minimum sponsorship required:                                              

• Tandem Skydive                                    £390    
• Accelerated Freefall level 1                  £550
• Static Line Parachute Jump                 £365

An example of Tandem Skydive for Age Concern:

• Deposit                                                 £70
• Pay balance of jump on day            £180
• Minimum amount to charity*             £140    
• Total to raise                                      £390

* Any amount raised over this figure will also be sent to Age Concern. 

 

Next Steps

• Ring the number below and we will send you a CD Rom information pack.
• Send your booking form back with your £70 deposit. You can reimburse yourself from your sponsor money once collected.
• Your skydive will be arranged at your preferred dropzone‚ and on your preferred date.  You will receive confirmation of booking‚ dropzone details and sponsor forms.
• The minimum sponsorship money (£140) needs to be sent a week before your jump.  This can be post-dated so you have time to collect sponsorship.
• You then attend the parachute centre to complete your jump‚ and pay the balance of your jump fee on the day.
