Factsheets are designed to provide:

• practical information for those who wish to help themselves
• a definitive guide for those whose work helps older people

To request individual printed factsheets‚ please call the Information Line on 0800 00 99 66 (free call)‚ 8 am - 7 pm daily. We provide individual requests for factsheets without charge. However‚ as a charity‚ we are unable to send you more than 5 factsheets. This means that we can help as many people as possible. 

Factsheets can also be ordered by printing the Factsheet Request Form‚ filling in your requirements and sending it to the address at the bottom of the form.
